Polish Softneck Garlic

Allium sativum 

This medium-heat, full-flavored softneck variety, also known as Polish White, produces high yields of large bulbs with a few huge cloves and fewer tiny interior cloves than most softnecks. Its smooth white skin with a little purple blushing make for a beautiful garlic braid. Bulbs can easily last six months in cool, dry storage.

Approximately 25 - 40 cloves per 1/2 lb.
